ICSE Paper 2 tests three things: the drama Julius Caesar (Acts III–V only), 5 short stories, and 5 poems from Treasure Chest: A Collection of ICSE Short Stories and Poems. Older notes online still reference a bigger, outdated anthology called "Treasure Trove" — this page and everything linked from it match the current 2026-27 CISCE syllabus, checked against three independent sources before publishing.
A note on how these guides are used. They explain what happens in each text, why it's on the syllabus, and how CISCE tends to examine it — they are not a substitute for reading the actual prescribed book, and they don't reproduce any copyrighted workbook's questions or answer key.
